(1) The rank-and-file officer will receive the same salary as the starting scale of the same post of the Nepalese Army from the day of his reinstatement.
(2) Except in cases where the salary increase is suspended, the person appointed to the post of Honorary Officer shall receive a salary increase equal to one day's salary of the starting scale of the post in which he is working after completing one year of his appointment. However, the total amount of the annual salary increase to be received by the employees according to this sub-section shall not exceed the amount specified by the Government of Nepal for the respective ranks of the Nepalese Army.
(3) The dignitary will receive an amount equal to one month's salary as a festival expense every year.
(4) The honor guard will receive an amount equal to one month's salary as an incentive every year after the budget is passed by the Legislature-Parliament.
(5) Allowance, leave and other facilities to be received by the dignitary shall be as prescribed.
